If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. VertyFlicks LLC ("VertyFlicks," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    2. Description of Service

    VertyFlicks is a mobile-first streaming platform that provides access to curated narrative short films presented in vertical format. The Service includes video streaming, content discovery, personalized recommendations, and related features available through our applications.

    3. Account Registration

    To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    4. Subscriptions and Payments

    Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refund policies will be specified at the point of sale and are subject to applicable law.

    5. Content and Licensing

    All films, videos, graphics, text, and other content available through the Service ("Content") are owned by or licensed to VertyFlicks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

    You agree not to:

    The VertyFlicks name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of VertyFlicks LLC. All intellectual property rights in the Service and its Content are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

    8. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VertyFlicks LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VertyFlicks LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.
